Calculations and designs of pressure equipment

We specialize in technical solutions in the chemical, petrochemical and energy industries – from design and calculations to production documentation and production or assembly. We use the most modern tools for top-notch engineering.

About us

We offer services in the field of equipment design and assessment, pipelines and whole production units for the chemical, petrochemical and energy industries. We also provide troubleshooting and problem solving services. Our philosophy is to produce excellent and complex engineering with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies.

Our company focuses on the technological design of equipment and its construction, including structural analysis. In addition to this, we arrange all the relevant documentation. We have worked with well-known manufacturers in the energy industry and have the ability to install and assemble the equipment onsite.

Repair and inspection schedules, measuring and subsequent evaluation of measured data for equipment assessment, scope and application of NDT methods, identification of critical areas, and outline for corrective measures

Thermal-hydraulic calculations

We perform design and control thermal-hydraulic calculations for various types of heat exchange equipment (single-phase, multi-phase, detailed zone calculations), we solve the hydrodynamics of media flow and fouling, design of piping systems including insulation, design of heat exchange systems and external energy sources, optimization of heat exchange equipment and systems.

We process flow analyses using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) for single-phase and multi-phase flow and we also deal with calculations of stationary and unsteady temperature fields.

Design including approval of documentation

Concept design, 3D modelling of equipment, manufactoring drawings using datasheets, lifting and manipulation planning. Cooperation with inspection authorities concerning certification of pressure equipment.

Troubleshooting

We provide consulting in the field of production technology for selected units, troubleshooting, on-site problem solving, propose corrective measures, and evaluate feasibility studies.

From the very beginning, REN Engineering has provided educational activities in addition to design and calculation activities.

However, the training activities were carried out individually according to need, at the customer’s request and randomly.

Interest in education in the field of designing equipment and structures is constantly increasing, which is why the idea of creating a separate branch called REN Education, which will focus solely on education, was born in 2025.
