We offer services in the field of equipment design and assessment, pipelines and whole production units for the chemical, petrochemical and energy industries. We also provide troubleshooting and problem solving services. Our philosophy is to produce excellent complex engineering with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies.

REN focuses on the technological design of equipment and its construction, including structural analysis. In addition to this, we arrange all the relevant documentation. We have worked with well-known manufactures in the energy field and have the ability to install and assemble the equipment onsite.


Strength analysis

Repair and inspection schedules, measuring and subsequent evaluation of measured data for equipment assessment, scope and application of NDT methods, identification of critical areas, and outline for corrective measures

Thermal-hydraulic calculations

Design and check thermal-hydraulic calculations for various types of heat exchanging equipment (single-phase, multi-phase, detailed-zone calculation), hydrodynamics of medium flow and fouling, design of pipeline systems including thermal insulation, design of heat exchanging systems and external power sources, optimization of heat exchanging equipment and systems

CFD analysis – single-phase fluid flow, multi-phase fluid flow, calculation of stationary and non-stationary temperature distribution

Design including approval of documentation

Concept design, 3D modelling of equipment, production drawings using datasheets, lifting and manipulation planning. Cooperation with inspection authorities concerning certification of pressure equipment

Development of computational SW tools

Our company develops computational tools according to customer’s specific requirements. We developed computational tools for thermal-hydraulic calculation of cylindrical heat exchangers, and their strength analysis in compliance with EN and ASME standards. Currently, we are working on development of computational tools for rectangular tanks.
